A Safe and Clean Athens Online Fundraiser: OUR GOAL IS TO RAISE $45,000 in order to combat homelessness.

We plan to continue providing a safe and clean Athens. As an essential business to the community & recognizing this urgent need, The Sparrow's Nest will be purchasing commercial sized washers/dryers for those who are displaced, on the streets, in shelters, or who may also struggle under the federal poverty line.

Unfortunately, our current residential frontload washer and dryer system could not handle the day to day capacity for our clients who wash sleeping bags, blankets, clothing etc. So we are now in need of commercial washers and dryers.

On average, we serve about 75-125 people daily.

OUR GOAL IS TO REACH $45,000 in order to support this urgently growing need by August 31st, 2021

An anonymous donor has offered to match every donation dollar for dollar until August 31st, 2021 up to $10,000.
